Our Project Delivery Team oversee all of our project teams.  They act as the main client contact point for all new and existing projects and are responsible for coordinating our consulting team and technical specialists and leading sprint retrospectives and planning sessions.  Their role is to understand the needs of our NSW Government customers and to compile them the best possible team to deliver those requirements

The Project Delivery Team is supported by a talented consulting team of domain experts who have skills within our four technical specialist areas.

Our project delivery team are certified Agile and Lean practitioners who have decades of experience overseeing, staffing and delivering complex projects to NSW State Government.
