Professional Services Manager
Frankie is our Account Manager. She is the key contact for most of our corporate Operations Outsourcing clients where Frankie is responsible for sourcing teams of contact centre, operations, HR, sales and marketing consultants.
In addition to sourcing teams Frankie also works with clients to build sourcing strategies.
Frankie looks after a range of clients, from major financial organisations through to tech start-ups. She is known for her high service levels, her ability to build cohesive teams and her positive approach.
