Simon has worked in the ICT resourcing and recruitment sector for over 20 years. He now focusses on 4 things for The Services Company:

• Supplying ICT project teams to NSW Government and commercial clients for a range of projects
• Executive search within the HR and Sales markets
• Setting up recruitment process outsourcing relationships with rapidly growing SME's
• HR consulting for small to medium sized organisations

Simon's experience has been largely within the CRM and ERP markets but he has also sourced project teams for a wide variety of projects including BPM, software development and website development.
