We were engaged to provide project management and related services to a major NSW State Government Department for their SAP Fieldglass Enhancement project. The scope of the project included:
A global consultancy were undergoing a large SAP project but needed assistance with the data migration component of the project.
The Services Company were engaged to take on this smaller project within the overall program. We provided a small SAP Data Migration team which consisted of 4x SAP Data Specialists working onsite.
This team took ownership and delivered all data project requirements to move data from On-prem to SAP Cloud (HANA). The team worked closely with the client’s business and technical teams in India and America.
A major NSW Government Department was undergoing a revamp of many of their core customer facing websites.
We provided a team of specialists to assist with the build. The main focus of the project was the user experience. We provided a number of UX and service design specialists as well as a team of developers and project management resources. The project was one of the first times the NSW State Government had utilised AWS technology and the site had significant API’s into SAP Finance, other major websites and many other core systems.
We were engaged by a large NSW Government Department to provide a project management resource for their Salesforce migration project. Accountabilities included:
We were engaged by a NSW based University to manage and provide ongoing maintenance to their eLearning platform. This involved implementing upgrades to the system and training users of the Peoplesoft Student Admin modules.
A major Australian media and TV organisation were undertaking a project to develop their user portal. We were engaged to assist with the splitting of the portal for three separate contact points; children, parents and teachers. We provided project management services for this project
A critical NSW Government Department required us to deliver a project team to digitise paper forms for high volume applications as well as upgrade some of their backend processing systems. The project also involved integrating with Service NSW. The project was managed using the Agile methodology and utilised the .Net development stack
We were engaged to supply a team to develop custom software and solutions within a large program of work implementing core banking modernization for one of Australia’s ‘Big 4’ banks. The project utilized a range of technologies including .Net, SQL Server, MVC, WCF. Project deliverable included design, project coordination, business analysis, development and testing.
The Technology Asset Refresh Programme (TARP) replaces end of life infrastructure within NSW Police.
The programme consisted of two components
Server Migration Project
We provided server engineering services to assess, design, build, test and migrate physical and virtual servicers to HCI.
Storage Migration Project
We provided project management services to manage the resources, project schedule, procurement, administration, financial reporting, risk and issue management and deliverables.
We also provided project support services to support project managers in an administration and coordination capacity.
In addition, we provided storage engineering services to build, test and migrate legacy storage systems to new storage systems.
A large Australian University engaged us to assist in a number of projects within a large program of infrastructure based work they were undertaking. We provided small project teams to manage the following projects.
We were engaged by a BPM software vendor to assist in a major information architecture project related to a large BPM program within one of Australia’s ‘Big 4’ banks. Specifically our team were responsible for:
NSW Office of Environment and Heritage engaged us to provide architectural services within their Pega upgrade project, specifically on the Titles Management System Project and a Centre of Excellence Project. We provided a highly specialised resources to assist them with architecture and development.
Project: Data Migration
A major financial services organisation were outsourcing their investment platform. We were engaged to project manage and run the data migration component of this project. Our remit included project management, business analysis, development and testing and quality assurance of the delivered solution.
Project: Business unit Integration
We were engaged by a large financial services organisation to provide business analysis services for a project integrating a business unit into their larger systems. The project involved high net worth customers and required liaison with project leaders from different business users.
NSW Rural Fire Services engaged The Services Company to provide business analysis and testing resources for a number of projects. We provided individual resources to assist with projects where needed.
A global advertising media company had a number of concurrent software development projects underway and required a change management resource to liaise with a number of different development and business teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
We were engaged by an Australian software vendor to provide ongoing HR advisory services for a number of years. This involves remuneration reviews, review of core HR processes and procedures, recruitment drive advice, organisational structure reviews and assistance with adhoc HR issues such as redundancy, pay reviews, interviewing and role design.

We were engaged by an Australian financial services organisation who are focussed on creating a supportive, inclusive and diverse culture. They engaged TSC for a number of small assignments including:
We were engaged by a rapidly growing fintech organisation to assist with onboarding new employees. They wanted an onboarding experience that would ‘wow’ new employees. We designed a process that would deliver this ‘wow’.
We also provide EAI reporting and consulting at 3 months of employment for all new hires which has greatly increased staff retention and engagement.
We were engaged by an iconic Australian media company to provide consulting and advice on employer branding and recruitment techniques.
We were engaged to provide program management services for a large volume of work for a large NSW Government Department. This involved project development and commercial feasibility, project business cases, planning and delivery of large greenfield and urban renewal projects, complex stakeholder management, environmental and social sustainability strategies.
We were engaged to create WHS tools and templates as well as conduct WHS audits for a major organisation providing services to Transport for NSW.
We also provided onsite and corporate WHS advice and support.
The Services Company were required to provide a Commercial Manager to provide commercial management of projects within the Infrastructure and Services Department of a major NSW Government entity.
This involved developing, implementing and managing a commercial framework and related procedures. We were also required to monitor performance against key performance indicators including leading negotiation, dispute management, insurance management, fraud and corruption prevention, and contractor performance management.
